At Pause Head Spa, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Return Period
If an item is eligible for return or exchange the item must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase listed on the original receipt or gift receipt.

Item Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Items must be returned in a like-new condition in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major contents may be denied a return.

Pause Head Spa excepts no refunds or returns of goods, services or vouchers. You are welcome to contact us to re-schedule your appointment, but please note that once the purchase has been made, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Services rendered cannot be refunded

No refunds will be made for a no show of any reservation.

We will gladly refund or exchange unused products, if you return the product with receipt within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging.

For online order returns, shipping charges will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to pay and arrange for shipping the product back to us if you are returning an online purchase.

Gift card orders are not exchangeable nor refundable.
Refund method and timing
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or is not the product you ordered, please return it during the thirty (30) day return and exchange time to Pause Head Spa and we’ll arrange for a replacement. Returns lacking proof of purchase
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase with a receipt may be denied or limited.
Return Labels
Our company will provide return shipping labels solely in cases where you have received an incorrect item. In such instances, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, for all other scenarios, including returns or exchanges from orders made through our website, the shipping expenses for returning the item will be paid by the customer.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges.
